Our toolkits are meant for practitioners looking to deepen their impact through high-quality implementation of students-first education policy.

This toolkit, developed in collaboration with the Texas Impact Network, provides actionable strategies to strengthen math education across Texas. Designed with backbone organizations in mind, this toolkit supports the sustainable, community-driven implementation of Advanced Math Pathways aligned to policy and tailored to local needs.

The TSI Toolkit provides multiple levels of support to school districts, campus staff, and classroom instructors to increase college readiness indicators that contribute to TSI. Utilizing systems-change thinking, several self-evaluation rubrics are provided to help districts determine which strategic lever to address and at what level to focus. With more than 60 deliverables, the TSI Toolkit provides a wide range of resources for all levels within the district.

The Accelerating Campus Excellence initiative (ACE) is a school turnaround model that incentivizes a district’s most effective teachers and campus leaders to teach and lead at historically underperforming campuses.

A strategic evaluation system fairly and accurately evaluates teachers based on multiple measures, including student growth and student voice, and leads to meaningful differentiation of evaluation ratings (e.g., not all teachers are rated as effective).

House Bill 3 (HB 3), passed by the 86th Texas Legislature in June of 2019, established a Teacher Incentive Allotment with a stated goal of a six-figure salary for teachers who prioritize teaching in high needs areas and rural district campuses.
