Our mission is to increase the pipeline of data-driven, students-first trustees and trustee candidates in Dallas County while equipping and supporting them with key information, strategies and networks to improve postsecondary readiness and enrollment in support of Commit's True North Goal.

Ready to Lead
Ready to Lead Academy prepares prospective school board trustees to run for office and govern effectively on their local school boards.
Civic Voices
Our Civic Voices Fellowship equips education advocates and aspiring school board trustees with the knowledge, mindsets, networks, and experiential skills needed to create equitable and sustainable improvement in their school districts.
Emerging Trustee Academy
We equip the next generation of student-centered trustees by supporting newly-elected and tenured school board members.
